Version History FontFlex: Fonts for Safari

Your fonts now work on the websites that used to block them.

Some sites, like GitHub, pub.dev and flutter.dev, have strict security settings that stopped FontFlex from loading your font. Safari quietly fell back to the site's own font, so it looked like your settings did nothing. We rebuilt how FontFlex loads fonts, and these sites can no longer block them.

This works for every font in FontFlex: Google Fonts, built-in fonts like OpenDyslexic and Atkinson Hyperlegible, and fonts you upload yourself.

We also fixed a bug where text that appeared after a page loaded, like in web apps or feeds that load as you scroll, sometimes kept the original font. FontFlex now styles new text as soon as it shows up.

Also new: the help guides in the app now appear in your own font settings, so they read the way the web does with FontFlex.

Fixed: choosing OpenDyslexic or Atkinson Hyperlegible during setup now applies to websites straight away. Before, you had to pick the font again in the app.

There's nothing to set up. Update, then open a site that didn't work before.
